Cependant, il s\u2019agit ici de se concentrer uniquement sur l\u2019\u00e9valuation des performances des trois technologies d\u2019isolation les plus connues, en termes de qualit\u00e9 thermique de l\u2019enveloppe.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"606\" data-end=\"853\">L\u2019objectif est ainsi de r\u00e9pondre aux questions les plus pertinentes que se posent les concepteurs lors du choix d\u2019une technologie sp\u00e9cifique pour le traitement thermique des b\u00e2timents, notamment en ce qui concerne les isolations r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissantes.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"855\" data-end=\"1191\">Les concepteurs nous interrogent concr\u00e8tement : nous connaissons l\u2019existence des trois technologies les plus repr\u00e9sentatives pour le traitement thermique des b\u00e2timents, \u00e0 savoir :<br data-start=\"1034\" data-end=\"1037\" \/>\u2022 Les isolations r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissantes multicouches, d\u2019une \u00e9paisseur sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 25 mm ;<br data-start=\"1120\" data-end=\"1123\" \/>\u2022 La famille du polystyr\u00e8ne ;<br data-start=\"1152\" data-end=\"1155\" \/>\u2022 La famille des laines min\u00e9rales.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1193\" data-end=\"1299\">Ils nous ont signal\u00e9 leur difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9valuer la performance et \u00e0 comparer chacune de ces technologies.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1301\" data-end=\"1884\">Reflectherm d\u00e9fend depuis longtemps l\u2019\u00e9tablissement d\u2019un crit\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9valuation qui mette sur un pied d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 toute \u201csolution de traitement thermique\u201d visant l\u2019obtention d\u2019un coefficient de transmission thermique donn\u00e9, quelle que soit la technologie choisie. Ce crit\u00e8re est d\u00e9fini par l\u2019Agence de l\u2019\u00c9nergie, et pour chacune des trois zones climatiques caract\u00e9ris\u00e9es pour le Portugal (I1 ; I2 ; I3), respectivement : 0,50 W\/m\u00b2\u00b7K ; 0,35 W\/m\u00b2\u00b7K et 0,30 W\/m\u00b2\u00b7K (param\u00e8tre vertical, flux horizontal). La question est alors : avec quels mat\u00e9riaux ces performances sont-elles atteintes ?<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1886\" data-end=\"2257\">Si cela est fait, nous comparons r\u00e9ellement ce qui est comparable, et l\u2019on conclut rapidement que la technologie des isolations r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissantes multicouches constitue une alternative tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressante par rapport \u00e0 ses homologues en laines min\u00e9rales et polystyr\u00e8ne, notamment en ce qui concerne l\u2019analyse des performances thermiques, ainsi que la durabilit\u00e9 et le co\u00fbt.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2259\" data-end=\"2639\">L\u2019avantage du facteur continuit\u00e9 observ\u00e9 apr\u00e8s l\u2019installation des mat\u00e9riaux r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissants, combin\u00e9 au fait qu\u2019ils constituent une barri\u00e8re \u00e0 la transmission de la vapeur d\u2019eau, ajout\u00e9 \u00e0 la stabilit\u00e9 dimensionnelle et \u00e0 la durabilit\u00e9, place les solutions multicouches r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissantes au centre des discussions et analyses sur ces mat\u00e9riaux, en vue de leur prescription ad\u00e9quate.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>EFFICACIT\u00c9 \u00c9NERG\u00c9TIQUE DANS LES B\u00c2TIMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-340 \" src=\"https:\/\/reflectherm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/em-edificios.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"573\" height=\"362\" \/><\/p>\n<h5 data-start=\"63\" data-end=\"242\">Le concepteur doit disposer de certaines valeurs typiques relatives au processus de calcul de la r\u00e9sistance thermique, notamment la conductivit\u00e9 des mat\u00e9riaux les plus courants.<\/h5>\n<p data-start=\"244\" data-end=\"413\">Il reste \u00e0 fournir aux prescripteurs quelques informations sur les performances de ces mat\u00e9riaux, notamment dans le cadre de l\u2019\u00e9valuation de leur r\u00e9sistance thermique.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"415\" data-end=\"975\">La r\u00e9sistance thermique des mat\u00e9riaux r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissants comporte deux composantes : la r\u00e9sistance thermique intrins\u00e8que, \u00e0 laquelle s\u2019ajoute la r\u00e9sistance thermique des caissons d\u2019air non ventil\u00e9s.<br data-start=\"609\" data-end=\"612\" \/>La r\u00e9sistance thermique intrins\u00e8que correspond \u00e0 la valeur obtenue en divisant l\u2019\u00e9paisseur de l\u2019isolant (en m\u00e8tres) par sa conductivit\u00e9.<br data-start=\"748\" data-end=\"751\" \/>La r\u00e9sistance thermique des caissons d\u2019air non ventil\u00e9s, si et seulement si ceux-ci existent, prend respectivement les valeurs suivantes : 0,53 m\u00b2\u00b7K\/W pour un flux horizontal et 0,41 m\u00b2\u00b7K\/W pour un flux vertical ascendant.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"977\" data-end=\"1395\">Le concepteur doit donc conna\u00eetre certaines valeurs typiques pour le calcul de la r\u00e9sistance thermique, notamment la conductivit\u00e9 des mat\u00e9riaux les plus courants, \u00e0 savoir :<br data-start=\"1150\" data-end=\"1153\" \/>\u2022 Laines min\u00e9rales : conductivit\u00e9 0,040 W\/m\u00b7K<br data-start=\"1198\" data-end=\"1201\" \/>\u2022 Polystyr\u00e8ne : conductivit\u00e9 0,037 W\/m\u00b7K<br data-start=\"1241\" data-end=\"1244\" \/>\u2022 R\u00e9flectifs avec bulles d\u2019air : conductivit\u00e9 0,040 W\/m\u00b7K<br data-start=\"1301\" data-end=\"1304\" \/>\u2022 R\u00e9flectifs multicouches non perfor\u00e9s : conductivit\u00e9 comprise entre 0,032 et 0,037 W\/m\u00b7K<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1397\" data-end=\"1559\">Parfois, on trouve des conductivit\u00e9s d\u00e9clar\u00e9es entre 0,011 W\/m\u00b7K et 0,019 W\/m\u00b7K ; ici, nous dirons, avec beaucoup de \u201cbienveillance\u201d, qu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019une erreur.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1561\" data-end=\"1803\">Les fabricants indiquent parfois d\u2019autres valeurs qui s\u2019\u00e9cartent de celles mentionn\u00e9es ; il est donc conseill\u00e9 d\u2019utiliser les valeurs indiqu\u00e9es ci-dessus afin de ne pas commettre d\u2019erreurs d\u2019\u00e9valuation, ce qui nuirait au consommateur final.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1805\" data-end=\"2201\">\u00c0 noter que, pour une couverture, afin de cr\u00e9er deux caissons d\u2019air, il est n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019un deuxi\u00e8me s\u00e9parateur et d\u2019un deuxi\u00e8me mat\u00e9riau pour fermer le deuxi\u00e8me caisson d\u2019air. Ensuite, on posera des lattes et contre-lattes pour l\u2019installation des tuiles et leur ventilation correcte.
